You have two ways to delete your NoorLock account and all associated data.
Open NoorLock → Settings → Cloud Sync → Delete account & data. This permanently deletes your account and synced data immediately.
Email ahmed.chaabouni7@gmail.com from the Google account you signed in with, subject "Delete my NoorLock account". Requests are completed within 30 days and confirmed by email.
Your account record, profile, worship progress, streaks, Noor Minutes balance, and any community / family / friends group data tied to your account.
Feedback you submitted is retained in anonymized form (detached from your account), and any minimal records required by law. On-device data is removed when you uninstall the app.
